These may not be the same as on my Shopify page, they will be a random selection of designs.

All cookies are custom made. Please plan ahead for your event order. Each order will be dedicated a time frame & advised by email.

Due to the time constraints on producing our products we require a 50% deposit to confirm your order.

Upon receipt of this deposit, we will begin your work.

Once we have completed your order, the remaining balance will be due before shipping or on collection.

Emailed and accepted orders will be invoiced via your email with instructions for payment

Yes, local collection available. This will be relayed in an email outlining your specific order details.

All the cookies in your order are securely packaged before they are shipped out.

Everything is done to ensure they arrive to you in top condition. Including packaging, labeling and photos taken.

If you are not satisfied with your order's condition on arrival we will determine based on communication with you, how many cookies were broken and can arrange a suitable credit.

In the event, that during shipping, cookies are broken and / or damaged which results in the majority of the order destroyed we will work with the courier to file a claim on your behalf. Pictures taken of your order on arrival and opening will support the claim and get things resolved quicker.
