Shipping policy

We dispatch orders as per agreed time when ordering.

We ask for a two week notice period from ordering to delivery to ensure you receive your cookies fresh and at the best time for you and your event. The handcrafted cookies do take time to design, bake, create and dry.

Smaller orders may have more flexibility around the two-week window, please contact us to discuss - stella@aluxtreat.co.nz
