Why no returns?

• Our commitment to quality means that once our handcrafted cookies leave our kitchen, they are meant for your immediate enjoyment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

• In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 12 hours or receiving your package. Photos taken on arrival of your damaged product will help to resolve the issue faster with both the courier and ALux Treat.
